Room in a shared flat

I’m looking for someone to take over my spacious, fully furnished room in a shared apartment with two other people, available from 1 December 2026.

Please note that this is a JUWO apartment, so you must meet JUWO's eligibility requirements to be considered.

The room is 16 m² and comes with a bed, a large sofa bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, an office chair, two mirrors, and all the storage furniture shown in the photos. All furniture and equipment in the room must be purchased from me for an additional CHF 500.

The apartment has a shared kitchen and bathroom, and there is a free laundry room in the building.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with Mare (23) and Emily (27).

We’re looking for a calm, tidy, and independent person who values a friendly, respectful, and peaceful shared living environment.
