We Daniel (44) & Ede (4) are looking for a new roommate for our home! Children are very welcome here. Move-in date is possible from mid-August, or by arrangement at the latest from October. We are looking for either 1 person, or max. 1 person with a child. What we are looking for / Your profile: We would like to let a person – or a person with a child – live with us who fits our worldview and enriches it. You should be able to relate to terms such as plant medicine, ceremonies, and retreats. You are open-minded and well-grounded. Preferably, we are looking for a person with a strong connection to music. Likewise, you should have a heart for our two peaceful cats, who also live here. What is particularly important to us: a real connection to nature. A person who likes to lend a hand, helps maintain the garden, and keeps the house in good repair. What we offer: In terms of space, a beautiful, old farmhouse with a view of Lake Zurich and the mountains awaits you. From almost every room, you can see the sparkling of the opposite lake shore from dusk onwards. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and lots of greenery. On the upper floor, there are three rooms (large, medium, small). On the ground floor, there is another room, a cozy living room with a fireplace, as well as an open kitchen with a dining area and access to the terrace – from there, you can enjoy a phenomenal view. Additionally, there is a small WC and a large bathroom with a bathtub on the ground floor. In addition to the living rooms, you will find a music studio and a gym in the basement, which are welcome to be used. Added to this are a large and a small barn, a laundry cellar, as well as a double garage with a well-equipped workshop. There are also two smaller barn rooms in the garden. So there is plenty of space to realize your own ideas. In this house, a lot of music is played, and there is a lot of laughter and dancing. Since the house is old but charming, we wish for someone who is not bothered by the creaking and groaning of the house spirit, but knows how to appreciate it.
