Room in a shared flat

We have a room available in our modern apartment. The room is large, bright and fully furnished. All utility costs such as fast Swisscom internet are also included. You can get anywhere in a flash via public transport, 4min to Flughafen / 7min Oerlikon / 25min to Zürich HB. Shopping facilities are right around the corner (also on Sundays). Despite the proximity to the airport, the apartment is located in a very quiet area as it is not in the flight path. The apartment offers everything one needs, such as a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a large balcony as well as its own laundry room with a washing machine/dryer tower.

We are Arsen, Lorenzo, and Paula. One room is becoming free and we are looking for a successor tenant for it. We appreciate a tidy home and a respectful as well as uncomplicated interaction with one another. Eventhough the airport is close, the apartment is situated in a very calm area (because not in the flight path). The apartment offers everything you need like a well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a big balcony and an own washroom with washing machine/dryer.
