As of September 16, 2026, we are renting out this quiet 4.0-room apartment in our Holzwies settlement in Zürich-Albisrieden. The apartment has the following amenities: - all rooms as well as corridor with parquet floor - kitchen and bathroom with tile floors - separate kitchen - balcony - basement and attic compartment - laundry room in the basement for shared use **Minimum occupancy: 2 people** A partial capital contribution of CHF 5,000.-- is to be made. **_Keeping dogs is not allowed.
