I am looking for someone who can take over my room from 01.10.

The apartment is ideally located near Klusplatze (Tram stop 3/8), and the bus lines 31/33 stop directly in front of the house. The main station and the university can be reached by tram in 8 minutes.

The apartment has 4.5 rooms, including a large shared living room as well as a separate kitchen (simple and functional furnishing).
There are also two toilets and a large bathroom.

Directly next to the house is a public park.

I would give preference to someone who buys the bed and the wardrobe from me (office and chair subject to agreement).
