Room in a house with a beautiful garden to share. I offer a room upstairs in a house, in a peaceful and rejuvenating environment. The room can be furnished or not, according to your needs. The house has a south-facing garden, offering a bright setting, and the possibility of creating your own vegetable garden. I live alone and I particularly appreciate the tranquility and respect for each person's space, while having great moments of sharing and conviviality. I am therefore looking for a person, autonomous and respectful, with a rather peaceful lifestyle. Ideally non-smoking. I work on site in a dedicated space and receive clients part-time. However, the life of the place remains calm and respectful. A second shower room/WC is available, ensuring comfort and independence. The rental is suitable for both a part-time person and a person looking for a stable space in a serene setting. Two cats live on site (no other animals).
