Lease takeover Large 4.5 room apartment (100m²) Lausanne (Vennes) Date to be agreed.

We are leaving our shared apartment and are looking for someone to take over the lease of our 4.5 room accommodation.

The 100m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building (with elevator).

Composition:

• Large living/dining room with balcony
• Equipped kitchen (hobs, extractor hood, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher)
• 3 bedrooms, including 1 master suite with ensuite bathroom (Bathtub, WC, washer/dryer column)
• A second bathroom with shower and WC
• Cellar

Rent: Currently 2980 CHF/month, charges included (the agency reserves the right to increase it)
Underground parking space: possible at an additional cost of 140 CHF/month.

Assets:

• 180 degree view of the Alps, Lake Geneva and the Jura
• Close to transport: Fourmi stop (metro) at 10 min, Cigale stop (bus) at 2 min
• Vennes motorway exit at 2 min by car

The apartment is unfurnished, but we are leaving the large kitchen shelves.

Important condition:
The agency will only consider files containing at least one Swiss citizen or a C permit holder on the lease.

• Copy of identity document (or passport + residence permit)
• Current employment contract
• Last 3 payslips
• Extract from the debt collection register dated less than 3 months
