We are specifically looking for reliable, quiet and tidy tenants. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, and pets are not permitted. The home offers a pleasant, safe and quiet atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after work or an internship, or for concentrated preparation for exams. The location is excellent: public transport, tram, a swimming pool and shopping facilities are all in the immediate vicinity.
