Room in a shared flat

From November 2026, I am subletting my room in a beautiful and modern 3-room apartment (77 m²) in the Langstrassenquartier for approximately 8 months (there may be the possibility to extend the sublet). The room is fully equipped, but if you would like to bring something of your own, this is also negotiable.

The apartment has an open kitchen with a bright living room, a cozy balcony with morning and evening sun, a utility room with its own laundry tower, and a cellar compartment (bicycle room is also available). The location is extremely central and offers various shopping opportunities (Coop, Denner, Migros, etc.) within a 5 min walk (Zürich HB 15 min on foot, Limmatplatz 10 min on foot, Helvetiaplatz 2 min on foot).

You will live together with my roommate (W25). She studies business informatics and works part-time. If you are also an open, joyful, and tidy person, then you are in the right place.
