Room in a shared flat

I am subletting a room in my apartment near Tiefenbrunnen. The flat is at ground floor, with kitchen and bathroom. It is all furnished, everything new. We will share use of common areas. Ideally for a person who travels a lot or is not there on the weekends. Only 1 person can live there. The other room will be my bedroom but I travel a lot. However, for the holidays I like to come and be with my family so I would appreciate someone who leaves for the holidays in general. :) Ideal for commuters (not 7 days/week living)
