A room is becoming available in a 3.5-room apartment of 120 m², located on the 1st floor, with a large terrace. The two bedrooms in the apartment are of similar size.

a fully equipped kitchen
fully furnished common areas

The furniture and equipment present in the common areas belong to me, but of course remain available to the flatmate, as do the dishes, utensils, and various kitchen items. The idea is therefore that you won't need to buy everything to settle in 😊

🐱 To know: I have two very hairy cats 🐱
They are part of life in the apartment and are present in the common areas. If you do not like cats or if you are allergic, unfortunately the shared flat will not be suitable.
