Room in a shared flat

Since I am traveling for four months, my cozy shared apartment room will be sublet from 1.12.2026 to 29.3.2027.

The room is rented furnished, so you can move in with light luggage. We are flexible regarding the move-in and move-out dates; this can be adjusted upon consultation.

The 4.5-room apartment has a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a spacious living area with a sofa, dining area, and kitchen. Outside the apartment near the entrance, there is a large entrance hall and a laundry room with its own washing machine and tumble dryer. This is the only apartment in the house, so it is allowed to get a little louder on the weekend.

During this time, you will share the apartment with Tim (29) and Anna (28). Both are uncomplicated and look forward to someone who is upbeat and enterprising, has a sense of cleanliness, and appreciates a cozy shared living life.
