Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a new roommate for my 2-person shared apartment in the center of Köniz starting at the beginning of February.

Key data:
The room is 37 square meters in size and costs 940.- per month including service charges. The two of us share a 3-room apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and balcony. Additionally, we have 4 storage rooms in the attic slope, which offers us a lot of storage space. Train and bus connections are in the immediate vicinity and you are at Bern station in 20 min. There are various shopping possibilities nearby and a pharmacy is directly in the building.

About me:
I am Olga (she/her, 25). I am doing my Master's in Music Education and teach at various music schools. In my free time, I like to go jogging, cook, and like to bake. I also practice at home. It is important to me that I do not disturb anyone and that I adhere to the quiet hours.

What I am looking for:
I wish for an open and friendly togetherness. I would be happy to be more than just a shared flat for convenience :)
It is important to me that we both feel comfortable and communicate our needs openly with each other.

If this is something for you, I would be happy to hear from you ☺️
