5 min or less with bike to: Zurich lake, Migros, Coop, Denner, Wollishofen Station , Tram and Bus stops

I am looking for a female lets say from age of 24 years upwards, someone who is maybe not working from home
all days. But other than that, I am flexible.

A bit about me:
I am 39y, I am japanese female nationality and living in Zurich for over 20year now, I work as a manager in a japanese Restaurant chain.
During the week I am leaving around 8-10 am - work till around 18:30pm. But sometimes I work also till 11pm.
I like morning workouts, driving my bicycle, going out sometimes
I am generally structured in daily life and like it rather clean, organised and quiet. am generally busy, so I like a uncomplicated and peaceful atmosphere at home,
with some good chats in between , making dinner together or having a glass on the balcony or a movie night via projector
Whenever we both feel like it.

TRANSPORTATION: fantastic and convenient
1min walk to Bus Stop „Verenastrasse“
Bus goes every 10min in both directions, even Sat and Sundays
Weekend night: direct nights from Hardbrücke

The story why I am renting this room is: my partner Is going to Japan every year around this time for 3 months,
so I am looking again for nice company to live with me and to have a nice easy going winter 2026 in Zurich together.

Oh, and in case you would like to have a bicycle but don’t have one, we actually have two spare female bikes, so that would gives you the freedom to
explore the great surrounding and quick 7min bike rides to the lake whenever you feel like, if you want.
