3 rooms apartment

I rent out my complete, furnished 3-room apartment in Kriens (LU) Schweighof for 3-6 months, as I will be away on business in the 2nd half of 2026. The start of the subletting can be from 01.12.2026 or on any 01. or 15. thereafter. The minimum subletting period must be 3 months, the maximum rental period can be 6 months. There is an option to take over the apartment completely afterwards. The tenants must sign an official subletting contract for my rental company, which agrees to this subletting, but wants to see a subletting contract. The Kriens Mattenhof train station is 8 minutes' walk away, and with the train you can reach the main station Lucerne in 7 minutes/2 stations. 40 minutes to Zurich main station by car, 60 minutes to Zurich main station by train from the apartment.
