Room in a shared flat

I would very much like to stay in my apartment and am now looking for a subtenant. Preferably as a second home, however, with a 2.0% stay, the laundry room and the internet (if desired) are of course included in the offer. The room can be taken over furnished or unfurnished. A flat cat also lives in the household, which simply enjoys visitors. Otherwise, she is very cuddly and already older, which is why she sleeps a bit more. The WC and the kitchen are available for shared use. Since the entire property was newly built in the year 2026, the condition is still very new and fresh. Kitchen equipment: oven and steamer, WC equipment: shower (wheelchair accessible) and washer/dryer/WC. I would enjoy a cozy flatmate, as one is after all together in the same space for a longer time. Otherwise, age and gender do not matter to me :)
