We are two international, laid back guys in our early 30s who work in the Web3 and Tech Industry, and we are currently seeking a third flatmate to join us in our spacious and well-furnished penthouse flat. We have a big interest in tech and innovation and love to keep up with the latest trends in our field. Additionally, we are open-minded individuals who enjoy traveling, reading and listening to electronic music. Staying healthy is important to us, and we work out regularly, cook healthy food together, and enjoy a good glass of wine. Our flat is located on the top floors of a 6 storey building between Stauffacher and Helvetiaplatz and is just 100 meters away from Langstrasse. Despite its central location, the flat is very quiet, and we sleep with open windows during summer time. The Zurich Main Station is also easily reachable in less than 10 minutes by foot. The flat is a 150m2 penthouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest bathroom, a living room with an integrated kitchen, 2 basement compartments and a 44m2 rooftop terrace. It was renovated 7 years ago, and as the first tenants, we have furnished it fully over the years. The flat can be reached via elevator and stairs. One bedroom is currently available, which has a size of 17 square meters and is fully furnished with a queen size bed, a sofa, plants, clothes hanger, a wardrobe, and a desk. We also have a cleaning lady who comes every 2 weeks to keep the flat clean and tidy.
