Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone! We, Tim (32) and Jonas (28), are looking for a nice roommate for our 3-person shared apartment. The apartment is located in a central location and offers a great view of the greenery, perfect for relaxing evenings after work. About the apartment: The open modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The spacious living room invites you to linger together or enjoy movie nights together. The balcony with a beautiful view of the greenery is well-suited for a barbecue in the summer. Location: Directly at Spelteriniplatz, only a few minutes' walk from the Marktplatz. About us: We are both employed with normal office working hours. We are both uncomplicated, respectful, and look forward to a harmonious shared apartment atmosphere. What we are looking for: A quiet, sometimes also sociable, employed person. In addition, we would enjoy occasional shared meals or a movie night/game night. But also enough opportunities for retreat; cleanliness and respectful interaction are important to us. What else you need to know: - Regarding move-in, we are flexible and it can be individually coordinated - You will only share the bathroom with Tim. Jonas has his own bathroom in the room.
