1 room apartment

I am renting out my apartment for about one month (approx. 15 August to 18 September) in Hottingen The apartment offers: \* One bedroom \* A cozy living room \* A fully equipped kitchen \* A roof terrace for relaxing During this time, a good friend of my family will occupy the second room. However, he is only in Zürich from Tuesday evening to Friday and therefore not in the apartment most of the time. It would be a quiet, respectful living situation. As the apartment is very dear to me, I am looking for a reliable, careful, and responsible person who treats the living space accordingly. If you are interested, I look forward to a short message with a few pieces of information about you, for example: Who are you? What do you do for a living or are you studying? The rent is CHF 1900 for the entire period. The deposit is CHF 1500 and will, of course, be fully refunded after proper return.
