Room in a shared flat

I am looking for someone to take over my room at Austrasse 75. The rental agreement is fixed-term, but can be extended upon request.

It is a very sunny, freshly renovated room with direct access to the balcony.

The room is furnished with:

Desk and office chair
Wardrobe and some shelves
Bed

The following additional costs and services are included in the rental price:

Fast Wi-Fi
Cleaning service for the common areas
Water, heating, and electricity

There are three other roommates, all of whom are quiet and helpful.

There is a common area where you can use the washing machines and the dryer free of charge and also hang your laundry. Additionally, there is a lockable compartment in the basement where you can store many things.

The University of Basel and the Biozentrum can be reached on foot in 10–15 minutes. An organic shop and a Migros are each about 5 minutes away on foot.

Tram and bus stops as well as a beautiful park are also in the immediate vicinity.

The room could be available from September 1st.
