Die Wohnung wird zunächst zur Untermiete vermietet. Nach 2–3 Jahren besteht die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung inklusive der vorhandenen Möbel sowie den unbefristeten Hauptmietvertrag zu übernehmen.

Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar und befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Universität. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt um die Ecke. Der Bahnhof SBB ist mit dem Bus in nur 2 Stationen erreichbar.
