Room in a shared flat

We are looking for you (a woman) for 1 large and bright room (21m2) with underfloor heating/cooling, private balcony (14m2) and private bathroom (4.5m2) in our 9 room house. There is the possibility to rent an additional anteroom (10m2) next to the room (150.-), which contains cupboards. All common rooms, garden, pool, sauna, gym are shared. We wish for a tenant who fits in super well with us, because we (30, 34, 1) are at home a lot and a baby is on the way. Our sleeping area is separated. You would not notice anything from crying babies at night. We do not want to have to explain cleanliness and ventilation to you, we expect that. We have a cleaning team twice a month. Parking spaces are available at an additional charge. We must discuss your pets, we have a cat. 10min on foot to Bhf Rüti ZH Limited to one year with the option to extend.
