Room in a shared flat

Hello you,

We (Lena, 26 and Jonas, 27) are looking for an open, sociable and easy-going person for our shared flat, who will move in with us from 1.1.2027. We live in a central location (1 min to the Rhine, 7 min on foot to the station and 3 min on foot to the city center) in a beautiful, open apartment with a spacious living room and a quiet green terrace in the courtyard.

About us: Lena is rather creative - whether it is crocheting, sewing clothes or assembling bicycles - she is up for any creative project. I have my interests rather in the area of sport, be it a round on the racing bike, hiking or playing beach volleyball together. We are both very uncomplicated, quiet but at the same time also sociable, so it is no problem at all for both of us if you sometimes need time for yourself. We are not looking for a pure Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience), but also think it is cool to cook something together sometimes, have a movie night or grill on the spacious terrace. Due to our jobs (social worker / handball coach), we are often professionally involved in the evenings and rather at home in the mornings.
