I am looking for a roommate from **August 1, 2026** (or by arrangement) in my beautiful 4-room apartment (2-person shared flat) in a central location. The rent is CHF 1'050.-, ancillary costs (electricity, heating, internet, Serafe) are shared by 2 people (approx. CHF 60.- per month/person). **Your room:** * Approx. 15m2 (unfurnished) * Quiet, facing the inner courtyard * Large windows, very bright * Built-in wardrobe available * Beautiful herringbone parquet **The apartment:** * Beautiful old building 4-room apartment with high ceilings * Very central location in the Neustadt Lucerne * Lucerne train station (5 minutes), Lucerne Bundesplatz bus stop (1 minute), Migros & Coop (1 minute) within walking distance * 2 balconies, roof terrace for shared use * Large living room including beamer * Spacious kitchen including dishwasher, separate freezer * Own washing machine including dryer and built-in wardrobes in the bathroom available * Office can also be used **I am:** Lukas, 27 years old and working for SBB (1-2 days home office, otherwise in Bern). I have been living in a shared flat for 7 years (3 years in this apartment), am open, independent and tidy. In my free time, I play football in a club, am generally interested in sports, like to cook and do something with my girlfriend or colleagues. **I'm looking for:** A working person with shared flat experience (approx. between 20 - 30 years old) who appreciates uncomplicated cohabitation.
