15 m² large WG room for sublet in a two-family house.
It is located on the 1st floor 🏡 and has a bright paneled ceiling and sloped roof. It is unfurnished.
The house is situated in a quiet location on a low-traffic cul-de-sac. 🐈 Pets are allowed by arrangement. 🦄

The apartment has a total of 3.5 rooms with a conservatory (heated) and a veranda / balcony with a cozy seating area (south). 🌞
Own washing machine and a clothes dryer (tumbler) directly on the 1st floor.

A cellar room (approx. 8 m²), which we can use together, e.g., as an office, is also additionally included. 💻🕹 This is equipped with a sink, cold and warm water plus a mirror cabinet and heating.

The surroundings of the apartment consist of 6 garden beds (gardening is not mandatory!), a fountain, a wildflower meadow 🐝🌼 and a lawn area with a tree for relaxing 🌳.
There are also currant and raspberry bushes. 😋

From time to time, we can also use the outdoor seating area with a fireplace of the apartment on the ground floor. 🔥

Do you have a car and/or motorcycle? 🏍🚘
A garage with electricity and water connection and an outdoor parking space are available. Please arrange this with me. ☺️

Included in the rental price are utility costs such as Internet / TV 📺 water and heating.
Other costs such as electricity, Serafe etc. will be split between us – these are not included. 👛
