During our absence, we will be subletting our beautiful and well-maintained 1.5-room apartment in Oerlikon. Ideally located within immediate walking distance to the Zürich-Oerlikon station with various shopping facilities and optimal access to public transport.

We are looking for a quiet person or a quiet couple for the duration from 1 January 2027 to mid-June who would feel comfortable in our apartment and take care of our home.

Offered for sublet is the entire apartment consisting of kitchen with dining area, living room, bedroom, hallway, bathroom with bathtub and two balconies. The usable area is approximately 37m2. It is a renovated and refurbished apartment in an old building with friendly and quiet neighbors. A basement compartment can also be made available.

Key data:

• Rental period: 2.01.2027 to approx. mid-June
• Monthly rent: CHF 1522 (specified by the landlord)
• Monthly surcharge for furnishing: CHF 248
• Monthly utilities: 20 EWZ (flat rate). Other utilities included in the rent.
• Total 2310 per month
• Deposit: One month's rent
• Cleaning costs: 200.- (Due to bad experience, a one-time flat rate for cleaning work at the end of the tenancy will be charged)

Note:

• Notice period: 3 months for termination at the end of the month. Minimum stay 4 months. The tenancy ends automatically on the agreed date. No replacement tenants will be accepted.
• Name signage: The property management also provides name signage for CHF 41 even for subtenants, which is at the expense of the subtenant.

Plants: Plants can also be provided, provided they are cared for.
Other personal items such as instruments, amplifiers, speakers, etc. will not be provided.
