Large room (20 square meters) overlooking an alley, on the second floor in a very nice duplex shared apartment in the heart of Morges city center.
Available from 16 September (to be taken over before October).
The shared tenancy ends on
30 April 2027.

Rent: CHF 695 per month all included (internet, water, heating, ECA, electricity, SERAFE).
Deposit: CHF 1800 to be deposited to receive the keys. Sublease contract.

The apartment consists of two floors, each with its own kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and living room (everything is doubled). Dishwasher, oven, washing machine, dryer. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, on the second 4: super friendly roommates, bachelor students, interns or workers (4 boys, 3 girls, between 19 and 35 years old).

• 50m from Coop and Manor and 5 min walk from Migros and Lidl
• 7 minutes walk from Morges station (trains to Lausanne every 10 minutes)
• 1 minute walk from the nearest bus stop (15 min by bus to EPFL)
