Room in a shared flat

Are you looking for a stylish and perfectly connected accommodation in Zürich for one month? I am renting out my fully furnished room in our beautiful 3-person shared apartment at **Maschinenstrasse 11** for the period from **26. August to 23. September,** as I will be traveling during that time. **The room & the apartment** * **Your room:** Bright, cozy and completely furnished – equipped with a comfortable **bed, desk and plenty of wardrobe space**. * **Amenities:** The apartment impresses with **good to high-end amenities**. Projector, grill, washing machine and dryer in the apartment, bicycle cellar available. * **Kitchen:** Fully equipped with everything your heart desires (coffee machine/Bialetti, dishwasher, cooking utensils etc.). **Unbeatable location** * **Public transport connections:** Only **3 minutes on foot to Bahnhof Hardbrücke** – perfect connection to the HB and the entire city. * **Shopping:** A supermarket (Coop) is located directly in front of the door. * **Surroundings:** In the middle of the lively Kreis 5 with great bars, restaurants, cafes and cultural offerings right around the corner. A park with a basketball court and a large open space is right around the corner. **Shared apartment life** You will live together with two relaxed and uncomplicated roommates (Dennis, 33 & Livia, 24). Additionally, **two cats** belong to the shared apartment – so you should be cat-friendly and have no allergies :) Shared apartment life is very cozy, we all do our own things and like to do things together. Above all, we like to watch something together on the projector or just chat while eating. I would describe the shared apartment life as very harmonious and easy going. **About you**: You should bring a certain level of tidiness, as it is rather tidy at our place. Inviting friends is no problem, but constant parties with many people are rather undesirable because of the cats (but we also like to be out and about on the weekend ;) ).
