Room in a shared flat

We (both f, 32) are looking for a new female or male roommate starting from 16 September to complete our 3-person shared apartment. The apartment is located in a new building with a high standard of finishing and features a spacious living and dining area, a bathroom as well as a separate WC and a loggia/balcony. It is centrally located near the Hauptbahnhof (10 min on foot) and the ZHAW. We value pleasant and uncomplicated coexistence. We live relatively independently of each other and respect each other's personal space, and rarely eat or cook together. However, we are always very happy when we meet in the kitchen or on the balcony and enjoy sitting together for a chat or a coffee.
