4 rooms apartment

I am renting out my furnished 4-room apartment from **1. October.2026** for **3 months** (with the option for a possible extension / "bit of extension"). After the sublease agreement expires at the end of December, there is also the possibility, by arrangement, to take over the main lease agreement (leasing/main rent) if there is interest in remaining in the apartment. **Important requirements:** The subtenant must possess a **valid residence permit B**. **Costs & included services:** **Rent:** 1.400 CHF per month (flat rate). **All ancillary costs are included:** electricity, heating and high-speed internet as well as the complete furnishing. **Room layout of the apartment:** It is a bright 4-room apartment with a total of 3 bedrooms: 1\. A **very large** master bedroom. 2\. A **slightly smaller** second room. 3\. A **smaller** third room, which is equipped with a very large wardrobe.
