ENGLISH: Hello everyone My flat is available for rent from 01.08.26 - 30.06.27 due to vacation. The flat is situated in a quiet residential area and is well connected to public transport thanks to the bus stop right next door. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for everyday life including kitchen utensils, crockery, a smart TV, bed linen and other household items. The bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed with a mattress topper, a large wardrobe and a lovely view of the lake. The large, peaceful balcony with a forest view is the perfect place to relax. Important information: Pets are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted in the flat. A parking space may be available to rent. This must be clarified with the property management in advance. Wi-Fi is not currently available but can be set up on request. I expect a clean, tidy and respectful person. Please let me know why you want to rent the flat and which dates would fit for you. A deposit of 1'500CHF will be required as part of the contract.
