The room is unfurnished. The flat comes with a spacious living room, balcony, fully equipped kitchen. Common spaces are furnished. Move in dates are flexible but sooner preferred. Deposit worth 3 months' rent is required. To make it a pleasant flatshare for both for you and I, the following should describe you: \- 25+ year old with stable income \- have lived solo as well as in flatshares \- have hobbies and interests \- envision staying for at least 6 months \- value clean and tidy spaces \- are vegan or open to being so in the flat You'd be sharing the flat with me - PhD student (F, 32) with a wide range of hobbies both indoors and out. I like the home to be a space for rest so I enjoy peace and quiet. I'm vegan, non-smoker, value open and honest communication.
