Hallo. Ich vermiete ein möbliertes Zimmer in meiner 4.5 Zimmerwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen nähe Bezirksgericht Zürich und Bahnhof Wiedikon. Öffentliche Verkehrsverbindungen wie Tram 2, 3, 9, 14, Bus 32, Bhf. Wiedikon sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Was vermiete ich? Ein möbliertes Zimmer mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Garderobe, Lampe. Die Küche und das Bad steht zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung. Im UG befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und Tumbler, welche mitbenutzt werden können. Inklusive WLAN. Es ist wichtig zu wissen, dass das Wohnzimmer nicht in erster Linie mitbenutzt werden sollte. In diesem Sinn ist es nicht eine klassische Wohngemeinschaft. Wer bin ich? Ich bin pensionierter Zahnarzt und spiele gerne und oft Tennis. Ich spreche kein Englisch. Wen suche ich? Ich suche eine berufstätige Person, Nichtraucher, bevorzugt einen Wochenaufenthalter, der nicht viel Besuch hat. Es ist mir wichtig, dass die Räume (dein Zimmer und gemeinsam genutzte Räume) ordentlich und sauber hinterlassen werden. Es wäre ausserdem gut, wenn du Deutsch sprechen könntest.
