Exact dates can be discussed (and rent price proportionate). 7 minutes from the Thalwil train station, 10 minutes from the Rüschlikon train station, directly on Seestrasse, next to the Alex Hotel. It has a spacious bedroom as well as a big, open kitchen, dining area and living room space. With beautiful views on both sides (to the lake and to a backyard with trees). As a short-term rental, I provide it fully furnished, including all kitchen utensils as well as linen, as needed (but I remove some of my personal stuff to give you storage space). It has floor heating and a fully-fledged kitchen (including oven, air fryer, water kettle...). Also, a projector and a vinyl player. Located in a very nice area, with green space right in front of the lake. Washing machine, tumbler and drying room will also be available for you in the keller (following building rules).
