Room in a shared flat

Hello there! The available room that you are looking at has 17 m2. It faces west and has beautiful morning sun. If you wish, you can take over the bed, mattress, wardrobe, and sofa-bed from the flatmate who moves on. The cost for the room includes the rent of chf 615, plus additional charges (heating, electricity, radio and television fee (serafe), rental deposit: last year chf 35 per month per person). Thus chf 650 per month. Our flat is on the first floor, overlooking lawn and trees on two sides. It has 3 rooms for 3 people, plus a small balcony to enjoy stunning sunsets. The flat was newly renovated in 2018. Some pros and cons: we have a dishwasher, but no whirlpool. We have a storage compartment in the basement, but no rooftop. We’re near the Wankdorf train station and the Breitenrain and Lorraine neighborhoods. There is a bus stop near the flat, small grocery stores, and 2 pizzerias. A shopping center is in 5 min walking distance. By public transport, it’s 10 minutes to the main train station Bern Bahnhof. Who are we searching for? We are searching for somebody who is fun and kind. Somebody with an open mind and social skills. The inofficial-official language is English, but none of us are native speakers so don't worry if your English is not perfect. Ability to follow weekly cleaning schedule is a must. All genders welcome. Also, you should be ready to be co-main tenant (which requires to have a steady monthly income). Who we are We are Paulo (24), Laurent (32), and Leonor (29, moving out). We are all good humored, sociable, and relaxed persons. At least that’s the rumor circulating among the shop owner neighbours. The hairdressers, 24h grocery guy, and even the chefs in the two pizzarias seem to have said so. The rumor has never been fully verified, but also not falsified. More about us: Paulo is a percussionist who got hooked on the experimental dimensions of music. He is also a pasta maniac and coffee lover. Laurent is a peace-worker-to-be, given he will complete his studies one day. He is passionate about anything connected to dance and puts chili on most of his meals. Leonor will move out, because she was offered a job in London. It is important for us that we can communicate openly and we love to dive into deep kitchen talks. Since each of us has their daily schedule, we don’t have steady WG rituals. It’s more the vibe of everybody doing their thing and enjoying whatever happens from there.
