Ich suche dringend eine/n Untermieter/in für meine helle und charmante 44 m² Wohnung im Kreis 4.

Die Wohnung wird ab 1. Oktober 2026 zunächst bis mindestens Ende März 2027 untervermietet. Das Ziel ist, dass die Person die Wohnung anschliessend übernimmt und den Mietvertrag weiterführt. Die genaue Dauer und die weiteren Bedingungen können wir gerne gemeinsam besprechen.

Die Wohnung wird möbliert untervermietet und verfügt über:

• Doppelbett
• Zwei Tische
• TV
• Separate Küche mit Geschirrspüler
• Wohnzimmer mit kleinem Balkon
• Helles Schlafzimmer mit grossem Fenster
• Badezimmer
• Aufzug im Gebäude

Dank der Doppelbelichtung ist die Wohnung den ganzen Tag über angenehm hell. Sie eignet sich ideal für eine Person oder ein Paar und liegt in einem lebendigen und gut angebundenen Quartier in Zürich.

Untermiete ab 1. Oktober – zunächst bis mindestens Ende März, mit dem Ziel einer anschliessenden Übernahme der Wohnung.

I am urgently looking for someone to sublet my bright and charming 44 m² apartment in Kreis 4.

The apartment will be sublet from October 1, 2026, initially until at least the end of March 2027. The intention is that the person will then take over the apartment and continue the tenancy. The exact duration and arrangements can be discussed and agreed together.

The apartment is rented fully furnished and includes:

• Double bed
• Two tables
• TV
• Separate kitchen with dishwasher
• Living room with a small balcony
• Bright bedroom with a large window
• Bathroom
• Elevator in the building

Thanks to its dual aspect, the apartment receives plenty of natural light throughout the day. It is ideal for one person or a couple looking for a comfortable home in one of Zurich’s lively and well-connected neighbourhoods.

Sublet available from October 1 – initially until at least the end of March, with the intention of the apartment being taken over afterwards.
