Appartamento di 3 ½ locali

Ciao Il mio coinquilino se ne va, quindi sto cercando una nuova coinquilina o un nuovo coinquilino per il periodo da ottobre fino a dicembre 2026 compreso per il nostro appartamento di 3.5 locali a Zürich, Wollishofen (Kreis 2). **L'appartamento:** L'appartamento è composto da cucina, bagno, due camere da letto e un soggiorno. A questi si aggiungono una piccola terrazza, due piccoli balconi, una soffitta e un ripostiglio in cantina. **La stanza:** Si affitta una stanza non arredata (vedi foto). Anche la cucina e il bagno saranno ancora senza mobili a ottobre – chi può portare i propri utensili da cucina ci aiuterebbe molto. Un punto che vorrei affrontare in modo trasparente: la stanza in affitto è una stanza di passaggio. Chi vuole andare nella mia stanza, in cucina o in bagno deve passare attraverso questa stanza. Negli ultimi due anni con il mio attuale coinquilino ha funzionato bene – abbiamo montato dei bastoni con tende come protezione della privacy, e si è rivelato efficace. **Perché è a tempo determinato:** Il periodo è limitato alla fine di dicembre, poiché dopo andrò io stesso a Parigi per un semestre di scambio e traslocherò. Previa accordo con la proprietà (non con me), potrebbe essere possibile rimanere nell'appartamento più a lungo. The kitchen and bathroom will also be unfurnished in October — if you can bring your own kitchen utensils, that would help a lot. One thing I want to be upfront about: the room being rented is a passage room. To get to my room, the kitchen, or the bathroom, you have to walk through this room. This has worked well with my current roommate over the past two years — we installed curtain rods with curtains for privacy, which did the trick. **Why it's short-term:** This period is limited to end of December because I'll be leaving myself for an exchange semester in Paris and moving out. Depending on arrangements with the landlord (not with me), it might be possible for you to stay longer.
