We are renting out our cosy flat from 01.08.2026 until end of February 2027 with the possibility to extend. The flat is in a quiet, yet convenient location in the heart of Albisrieden. It has a garden and a patio, allowing you to barbecue and enjoy the summer. It stays cool inside, even when temperatures go up to 30-40 degrees celsius. 5 Minutes walk to Tram 3 (it takes 19min to Zurich HBF) 2 min walk to Denner Supermarket 3 Minutes Walk to Migros Supermarket 5 Minutes Walk to Coop Supermarket 10 minutes walk to the center of Altstetten We are flexible regarding the move-in date. Underground parking is available for 100 CHF / month.
