Die Lage ist wirklich sehr praktisch: Die Coop ist gleich in der Nähe, und die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Mit dem Bus bist du in ungefähr 5 Minuten am Bahnhof Uster – ideal, wenn du täglich zur Arbeit oder in Richtung Zürich pendelst.
Die Wohnung wird insgesamt von 3 Personen bewohnt, wodurch die WG überschaubar und angenehm bleibt. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet.

Eine Anmeldung bei der Gemeinde / Wohnsitzanmeldung ist möglich, was die Wohnung auch für Personen interessant macht, die neu nach Uster ziehen oder ihren Wohnsitz offiziell in der Schweiz anmelden möchten.
Mir ist wichtig, dass sich die Person in der Wohnung wohlfühlt und das Zusammenleben unkompliziert, respektvoll und angenehm ist.

Furnished WG Room in Uster – Available from 1 December
I’m offering a furnished room in a shared apartment at Aathalstrasse 39 in Uster, available from 1 November.
The location is one of the best things about the apartment. Coop is just nearby, and the bus stop is only a few minutes’ walk away. From there, it takes around 5 minutes by bus to Uster train station, making it very convenient for commuting to work, Zürich or other nearby areas.
There are 3 tenants in total, so the WG remains small and comfortable. The room is rented fully furnished.
Included in the rent:

• Utilities / additional costs (Nebenkosten)
• Wi-Fi / Internet
• Furniture

Not included: SERAFE
Security deposit: CHF 1,000

Official registration of residence (Anmeldung) is possible, which makes the room particularly convenient for someone moving to Uster or looking for a place where they can officially register their Swiss residence.
More than anything, I’m looking for someone who appreciates a comfortable, respectful and easy-going shared home. I think a WG works best when everyone feels at home and treats the shared space with respect.
