Room in a shared flat

Furnished shared apartment room in Uster – from 1 December
From 1 November, I am renting out a beautiful, furnished room in a pleasant shared apartment at Aathalstrasse 39 in Uster.
The location is really very practical: The Coop is right nearby, and the bus stop is only a few minutes away on foot. With the bus, you are at Uster station in approximately 5 minutes – ideal if you commute daily to work or towards Zürich.
The apartment is occupied by a total of 3 people, which keeps the shared apartment manageable and pleasant. The room is rented furnished.
Included in the rental price:

• Utilities
• WLAN / Internet
• Furnishing of the room

Not included: SERAFE
Deposit: CHF 1'000

Registration with the municipality / registration of residence is possible, which also makes the apartment interesting for people who are moving to Uster or who wish to officially register their residence in Switzerland.
It is important to me that the person feels comfortable in the apartment and that living together is uncomplicated, respectful, and pleasant.
If interested, you are welcome to get in touch and tell me a little about yourself.
