Room in a shared flat

Since I am moving out for professional reasons, we are looking for a new female or male roommate to enter into the existing rental agreement **as of 1 August**. The apartment is located **directly in the city center** and is ideally situated: the train station can be reached in **approx. 10 minutes on foot** or **5 minutes by bus**. **Coop, Aldi, Migros/Denner and Lidl** are also only **around 5 minutes' walk** away. The **furnished room** will be handed over **without an extra charge**. The monthly rent is **CHF 430**. Additionally, only the following costs apply: * Electricity costs as well as the **Serafe fee**, which are billed several times per year (approx. **CHF 80–90 per person** and invoice). * One-time costs for the change of contract and the adjustment of the nameplate amounting to a total of **CHF 210**. Three other men live in the apartment, all around 30 years old. One is a student, the other two are employed. The shared flat is uncomplicated. About the apartment * The apartment is located on the **4th floor** and is easily accessible by **lift**.
