4 rooms apartment

I am subletting my entire, furnished 4-room apartment in Kriens (LU) Schweighof for 4-6 months, as I will be traveling for business in the 2nd half of 2026.
Subletting can begin from 01.12.2026 or on any 01. or 15. thereafter.
Minimum sublet duration must be 4 months, maximum rental duration can be 12 months. There would be an option to take over the apartment completely after 4+ months of rental duration.

The tenants must sign an official sublease agreement for my rental company, which agrees to this sublease but wishes to see a sublease agreement.

The Kriens Mattenhof train station is 8 minutes walking distance away; with the train, you are at Luzern main station in 7 minutes/2 stations. 40 min to Zürich Hbf by coach, 60 min to Zürich Hbf by train from the apartment.

Apartment size: 79qm + 20qm terrace.
Maximum 4 people can live here, with space for 2 additional overnight guests on the sofa bed.

Singles, couples, couples with max 1 child preferred. No pets allowed.

My apartment is fully equipped for people arriving new in Switzerland who need a base for the search for their first apartment. It is fully equipped for daily needs and offers special equipment for hikers (snowshoes, walking sticks etc.) and business travelers (office furniture and high-speed internet included).

The building was built 5 years ago. I am the first tenant. The equipment as well as the condition are like new.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor (of 4) with a beautiful partial view of the mountains (Pilatus, Bürgenstock, Rigi, Bernese Prealps).

The building has an elevator.
Parking space in the underground garage included.

Details regarding the subletting:
The sublet duration can be min. 90 days and max. 6 months, ideally from February.

Registration/Anmeldung possible. Sublease agreement must be signed for the landlord. Tenants with private liability insurance preferred.

The monthly rental price covers all costs, from rent, water, heating, electricity, internet, Serafe, parking space etc.

The apartment
1 bedroom/office with desk+chair, screen, 160x200 kingsize bed, one chair and several small tables, standing desk, large wardrobe.

1 main bedroom with a 179x200 bed, chair, 2 nightstands, large wardrobe, bed bench.

1 guest bathroom with toilet, large chest of drawers, washbasin, small upper cabinet and lower cabinet, as well as a lowboard.

1 full bathroom with toilet, bathtub with shower option, large lower cabinet, 2 mirror cabinets, standing cupboard.

1 open kitchen with large refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, all necessary appliances for cooking, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker etc.

1 entrance hall with built-in cupboards, washing machine and dryer

1 living room with large couch for 4 people, which can be extended into a French double bed, a large television with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and a Chromecast. There is also an electric fireplace.

1 dining area with a large dining table and 4 chairs.

1 20qm large terrace/balcony with grill, sun loungers, stools, tables, a hammock and a couch.

4 keys for apartment + house access will be provided.

There is an option to take over the apartment as a successor tenant from me after 6 months. However, it would have to be taken over completely furnished (against a transfer fee) and in this case, I would need to be able to move back in myself for another 2-4 weeks to organize my own move and the handover with the property management.
