Room in a shared flat

Dear apartment seekers

In our beautiful large apartment right by the station, a furnished room will become available indefinitely from December. The room is 25 m² in size, has its own small balcony, is super bright and friendly with a view of the tracks, but is nonetheless quiet, you cannot hear the traffic; part of the furniture should be taken over (price for furniture negotiable).

Further equipment:
2 bathrooms (one large bathroom with shower and bathtub, one smaller bathroom with shower), equipped with washing machine and dryer.
Open, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room with sofa, TV and dining table. The total area of the apartment is just under 192 m². There is a lift in the stairwell, and we also have a cellar compartment.

Location:
The apartment is located very centrally. In 5 minutes you are on foot at the station, in 5 minutes at the Neumarkt with many shopping possibilities and the bus station is directly in front of the front door.

Rent:
773 CHF per month, utilities exclusive (electricity, internet etc.). With utilities approx. 800 CHF per month.

About us:
You will turn life upside down together with us, Vanessa, Zoe and Daniel. Vanessa is 28, professional harpist, teaches and is active in many concert projects. In her free time she likes to bake, tries out creative hobbies or likes to go to concerts/theatre/ballet etc. Daniel is 27 and graphic designer, who, in addition to visual design, is also enthusiastic about music and cooking together. Zoe is 25, works in event logistics, she is a sports powerhouse; hikes, climbs and is also very creative.

The main language with us in the WG is English, but we also speak German and Spanish.

Since our moving-out flatmate is also a main tenant, it would be great if you could take over the co-main tenancy together with Vanessa.

We are open people and value being together, like to cook together on occasion or chat about the world over a glass of wine and nevertheless respect the privacy of others. We are looking for co-tea/coffee/wine drinkers and hope that you have also held a broom in your hand once before.

The room is 25 m², has its own small balcony, full of light, with a view of the rail tracks. Despite the location, it is surprisingly quiet — you can’t hear the traffic. Some of the furniture in the room should be taken over by the new tenant (price negotiable).
