The room is partially furnished (bed and wardrobe), is located on the 3rd floor, and measures 4.13 × 4.88 meters (approx. 20 m²). I moved in at the beginning of February and brought basic furniture, so there is plenty of room to jointly give the apartment a personal touch. The apartment is located near the Uetliberg. The tram stops Heuried/Schaufelbergerstrasse are reachable in 2 minutes on foot, with fast connections to the Zürcher Hauptbahnhof (14 min). Coop, Migros, Aldi and Denner are also within walking distance. _Who I am looking for:_ Ideally a young professional or PhD student. You should be clean and independent, but also feel like eating together occasionally, having a tea, or chatting briefly about the day. One does not have to do everything together – what is important is simply a relaxed and friendly WG atmosphere. _About me:_ I am 29 years old, male, and originally from the Netherlands. 4 years ago I moved to Switzerland for my Master's at the EPFL in Lausanne and have been working in the Zürich area for about two years.
