Chambre en colocation

English below Chambre à louer dans une colocation avec une autre personne à Wiedikon, Zurich. La chambre est partiellement meublée (lit et armoire), se situe au 3ème étage et mesure 4.13 × 4.88 mètres (env. 20 m²). Je me suis installé au début du mois de février avec des meubles de base, il y a donc beaucoup de marge de manœuvre pour donner ensemble une touche personnelle à l'appartement. L'appartement est situé à proximité de l'Uetliberg. Les arrêts de tram Heuried/Schaufelbergerstrasse sont accessibles en 2 minutes à pied, avec des connexions rapides à la gare centrale de Zurich (14 min). Coop, Migros, Aldi et Denner sont également à distance de marche. _Qui je recherche :_ Idéalement une personne active ou un/* étudiant/* en doctorat. Tu dois être propre et autonome, mais aussi avoir envie de manger ensemble de temps en temps, de boire un thé ou de discuter brièvement de la journée. Il n'est pas nécessaire de tout faire ensemble – l'important est simplement une atmosphère de colocation détendue et amicale. _À propos de moi :_ J'ai 29 ans, je suis un homme et je viens originellement des Pays-Bas. Il y a 4 ans, j'ai emménagé en Suisse pour mon Master à l'EPFL à Lausanne et je travaille depuis environ deux ans dans la région de Zurich. Pendant mon temps libre, j'aime être dehors, aller manger une glace chez Gelateria di Berna ou assister à des concerts en ville. The room is partially furnished (Bed and closet), located on the third floor, and measures 4.13 × 4.88 meters (around 20 m²). I moved in at the start of February with only basic furniture, so there’s plenty of space and flexibility to add your own style and make the apartment feel like home. The flat is situated close to Uetliberg. The tram stops Heuried/Schaufelbergerstrasse are just a 2-minute walk away, with fast connections to Zurich main station. Coop, Migros, Aldi, and Denner are all within walking distance. _Who I’m looking for:_ Ideally a young professional or PhD student. Someone who is clean and independent, but also enjoys sharing a meal every now and then, having a tea, or chatting about how the day went. No need to do everything together — just a relaxed and friendly living situation. _About me:_ I’m 29, male, and originally from the Netherlands. I moved to Switzerland 4 years ago for my Master’s at EPFL in Lausanne and started working in the Zurich area about two years ago. In my free time I like being outdoors, getting ice cream at Gelateria di Berna, or going to concerts in the city. I speak English, German, and Dutch.
